Senior People & HR Advisor for Managers

BT Group’s Ask HR team provides HR advisory support to managers and colleagues. You will guide to policy and procedure, advise on informal and early-stage formal cases, and escalate to CASE professionals when needed. The role includes triaging new cases through the ServiceNow queue and ensuring smooth handovers within the OneHR service.

You will support a mix of people-related matters via calls, live chat, or case creation, contributing to timely, high-quality guidance across BT Group.
