HR Advisor – Hybrid Role with Development & Payroll Support

Jobs4 in Canterbury, Kent, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is office-based with 1 day per week hybrid working and offers a salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.

You will provide day-to-day HR advice, support employee relations and recruitment, implement HR policies, manage payroll-related tasks, and help with workforce planning and reporting. A CIPD qualification is advantageous.
