SSAFA’s Welfare Officers support RAF personnel and their immediate families, assisting with mental health, relationships, finances, housing, parenting, bereavement and more in a confidential manner.

The role emphasizes using digital tools to enhance services, delivering community presentations and working with RAF teams, local authorities, health and education partners to achieve the best outcomes. Some travel is expected.
