Remote Junior Application Support Analyst (SQL & Jira)

Kortext is seeking an Application Support specialist to work remotely across the UK. The role handles first-response customer service, ticket triage, and issue diagnosis across Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce.

You will analyse client data with SQL, configure applications, communicate progress to stakeholders and contribute to a growing knowledge base. 37.5 hours per week, salary £26,500–£28,000 per annum, reporting to the Application Support Team Lead.
