AWD Online is hiring an IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst in Birkenhead to provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software and infrastructure. You will manage incidents, maintain IT asset records and support service transitions for new or existing services.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues, with occasional travel to other sites and a requirement for a basic background check.
