Stockroom Manager: Lead Operations & Team Growth

Dr. Martens in the Oxford Circus area is seeking a Stockroom Manager to oversee back-of-house operations and a small stockroom team, while supporting shop floor colleagues. The role involves maintaining stockroom standards, processing deliveries, and contributing to loss prevention.

You will hire, train, and develop stockroom staff, ensure compliance with procedures, and assist on the shop floor to deliver an excellent customer experience. The position is 39 hours per week.
