Charity Shop Manager – Lead Volunteers & Drive Impact

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow is seeking a Shop Manager for our Thornliebank store. This role is 22.5 hours per week with a salary of £15,208 per annum. You will lead volunteers, maximise sales and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will manage stock, merchandising, cash handling, and community engagement to fund hospice care. Experience in supervising a team and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
