Warehouse Operative
Location: Wetherby
Salary: Up to £28,730 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Our client based in Wetherby is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to develop your skills through FLT training.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders using a handheld scanner device
- Packing and dispatching products using computer software
- Repacking products into branded packaging for store stock displays
- Accurately labelling product packaging
- Conducting stock counts
- Carrying out a variety of general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Ideally hold a valid FLT licence
- Previous picking and packing experience
- Experience working within a warehouse environment
- Confident using IT software and systems
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Training
Candidates who already hold an FLT licence will be offered a salary of £28,730.
Applicants without an FLT licence will also be considered. Full training will be provided, with a starting salary of £28,089 and a review after 6-12 months.
A driving licence is essential due to the location.
