Customer Team Member – Friendly Store Service & Community

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Mauchline to deliver friendly, helpful service across our local store. The role involves a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts with part-time hours and regular overtime, plus full training.

You’ll help stock shelves, assist customers on the shop floor and at tills, and promote Co-op Membership while supporting community programs. The position offers paid training and a chance to join a supportive team.
