Lodge Park Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students with special educational needs, help keep pupils on task, and promote safeguarding across the learning environment. You will work under the SENDCo and be a positive role model for students.
Essential qualifications include NVQ 3 or equivalent, GCSE English and Maths, and experience supporting learners with reading and writing challenges. The role offers a permanent position with term-time hours.
