Production Operative

Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: BanburyJob Type: TemporaryPay Rate: £12.71 per hourWorking Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (approximately ±1 hour)

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury.

The role involves working with glass products and will include manual handling and regular heavy lifting. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a physical production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with glass products safely and carefully
• Moving and handling materials throughout the production area
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Supporting general production and manufacturing duties
• Following instructions and production processesMaintaining a clean and safe working area
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• A good attitude towards work and willingness to learn

This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with regular lifting and handling of glass and other materials.
