Franchisee Training Coach – On-Site Sushi & Quality

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Training Coach to support and develop our kiosk network. The role is based in Portsmouth and requires regular travel with overnight stays across the UK.

You will coach franchisees on food quality, safety and operational excellence, ensuring consistent product standards across outlets. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour week and a salary of £35,000–£38,000 plus a £6k car allowance.
