Evening Call Centre Agent (Out-of-Hours) – Admin & Support

Sureserve Compliance Central, part of Sureserve, is seeking a diligent Out of Hours Call Handler to support a busy team. The role demands a resilient, detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively, coordinating with engineers, tenants and clients.

Working hours are five days per week, 5pm–8pm (15 hours weekly). You will assist with data entry, scheduling and records management while upholding company policies and DBS checks.
