Deputy Team Leader, Witness Service (Court Support)

Victim Support is recruiting a Part-time Deputy Team Leader for the Witness Service in the West Midlands. The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed support to witnesses attending court, with hours totaling 32.5 per week and a focus on safe, high-quality service delivery.

You will manage case allocations, audits, KPI reporting, and rota planning while supporting volunteers and ensuring referrals and assessments are thorough and timely.
