Designate General Manager – Lead Pubs & Growth

Marston’s is seeking a Designate General Manager for our pubs in and around the Lincolnshire area. The role involves flexible working and travel between our pubs, with responsibility for running all aspects of the pub and delivering great guest experiences.

Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension, life assurance and development opportunities. Accommodation may be available and the company values people-centered leadership.
