Retail Assistant Manager: Lead Customer Experience & Store Ops

Boyle Sports in Mansfield is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop and team in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards while handling bets through EPOS.

You will open and close the shop, manage staff, maintain shop presentation, and deliver outstanding customer experience with emphasis on trust, integrity and brand standards. This role is on-site with full-time hours.
