Key Skilled Operative – Food Processing (Permanent)

Pilgrim’s Europe operates a manufacturing site in Dungannon and is recruiting Key Skilled Operatives to join the Retail team. The role focuses on processing products, maintaining hygiene and safety, and helping the team meet production KPIs in a factory setting.

Successful candidates will work in a shift pattern (Team A, 06:00-18:00) with a permanent, stable employment outlook and opportunities for training and development. Strong English literacy and numeracy are essential.
