Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop when the Manager isn’t present, engaging and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-store and online orders. You’ll role-model fast, friendly service, manage product preparation and oven use, and ensure the shop remains clean, well-stocked and welcoming throughout shifts.
You’ll contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture, drawing on previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
