Field Service Scheduler & Customer Care Specialist

Zip Water is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our team and help deliver excellent customer care. You will coordinate engineers’ visits, manage diaries and ensure timely communication with customers to maintain high service levels.

You will liaise with customers, engineers and managers, processing parts requests and handling daily inquiries by phone and email while supporting a positive, proactive service culture.
