Rotational Commercial Surveying Graduate (RICS Track)

JLL in Birmingham offers a Commercial Surveying Graduate Programme. This 2 to 2.5‑year trainee scheme leads to Chartered Surveyor status with RICS, with a fully funded MSc in Real Estate if needed. You will rotate across commercial and corporate properties, supported by mentors and the Early Careers team.

You will develop across valuation, agency, capital markets, property management and more, with a mix of office and site work and ongoing training.
