Service Desk Coordinator — Stable, Growth‑Oriented Role

Pertemps West Bromwich is recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator in Wednesbury. The role is full-time on a temporary-to-permanent basis, offering £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm. You will be the first point of contact for clients, booking engineers and updating on job progress.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and organisational skills, be confident with telephone communications, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
