Job Description:
Freightserve is seeking an Air and Road Freight Customs Clerk for a major Freight Forwarder in the Heathrow area. You will work 4 nights on 4 nights off, 7pm–7am, supporting inbound/outbound shipments and ensuring compliant docs.
You’ll liaise with haulage providers, monitor shipments, manage costs, provide customs clearances, and escalate issues to maintain service levels. This role suits someone with logistics coordination experience and strong communication under pressure.
