Food Service Team Leader – Lead, Serve & Shine

Asda is seeking a Team Leader for Food Services in Thame to lead one of our branded outlets (Greggs, Subway, or Burger King). You will supervise the team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety and brand standards while remaining hands-on in daily operations.

You will manage routines, support new starters, and help resolve issues during peak times, including weekends and evenings, to drive a quality customer experience.
