Community Walking & Wellbeing Project Lead

The Ramblers are seeking a community delivery role in Hitchin to establish Walking Together initiatives and recruit local walk leaders. You will work with partners, volunteers and communities to create sustainable walking programmes, deliver training, and monitor outcomes.

You will engage diverse groups, report on progress, and collaborate across the organisation to promote inclusive outdoor activity and wellbeing.
