Planned Works Administrator – Social Housing & RLO Support

Howells Solutions Limited is working with a social housing contractor in Welwyn Garden City to recruit a Planned Works Administrator for planned maintenance and decarbonisation projects.

You will support day-to-day administration, manage project documents, update systems, and liaise with residents, subcontractors and clients. A full UK driving licence is required to fulfil the role and occasional RLO duties may be needed.
