12-Month Business Internship – Hybrid & Global Projects

Rolls-Royce is offering a year-long Undergraduate Internship across multiple sites including Derby, Bristol, London and East Grinstead. You will join a business area such as Aerospace or Group IT, work on meaningful projects, and gain hands-on experience in a global engineering leader.

You’ll rotate through teams, receive digital learning and on-the-job training, and be supported by experienced mentors. This is a fantastic entry point into Rolls-Royce with potential pathway to future roles.
