• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from staff or clients
• Be able to use the electronic recording system
• Create spreadsheets and other documents using Excel, Microsoft word and other programmes
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall efficiency and planning of maintenance schedules, including working with Landlords and other contractors
• Complete meter readings, Health & Safety, Fire safety audits if required
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
• Completing grant and benefit application forms
• Build relationships with Plymouth City Council, regarding housing benefit and council tax
• Analyse and monitor utility bills and payments
• Understand compliance issues and laws around housing
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintenance
• To take part in any training / supervisions / appraisals when requested by Marama Supported Living
