Franchisee Training Coach: Sushi & Quality Leader

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Training Coach to lead on-site coaching across our UK franchised kiosks, with regular travel and overnight stays. The role is full-time, based in Dartford, offering £35,000–£38,000 plus a £6k car allowance.

You will work closely with Franchisees, delivering hands-on training in sushi and fresh-food practices, supporting induction, and elevating quality across the network.
