Warehouse OperativePay Rate: £12.71 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekWorking Hours: Flexible start times – for example, 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pmLocation: Thrapston – NN14Duration: Ongoing temporary work

The RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is comfortable working as part of a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock around the warehouse safely
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Checking goods and maintaining accurate stock
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
