Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to drive digital transformation and workforce intelligence. You will lead the HRIS (iTrent), optimise systems, and deliver automation and reporting that informs decision-making across People Services, Payroll, Finance and MIS.
You will develop dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and train managers to maximise system usage while contributing to College-wide digital initiatives and governance.
