Job Description:
The Housing Network (THN) in Coventry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. You will carry out scheduled maintenance on void properties, travel between properties within a region, and oversee common areas to keep accommodation safe and high quality.
You will perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks, maintain gardens, and enjoy benefits including a £35,000 salary, 23 days of annual leave, Blue Light Card and other staff schemes.
