Customer Experience Advisor – Hybrid

North Hertfordshire District Council is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services and Client Care team in Letchworth. You will handle enquiries by telephone, letter, social media, email and face to face, logging feedback and resolving as many issues as possible at the point of enquiry across council services such as Council Tax, Housing, Waste and Environmental Health.
