Junior Elearning Content Designer

Junior Digital eLearning Content Designer – Remote/Hybrid Temporary contract until Spring 2027 Oxford Full time

We’re recruiting a Junior Digital / eLearning Content Designer to support the creation and maintenance of engaging, accessible digital learning content within a busy, purpose-driven organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, changing direction, or returning to work, who wants to build hands‑on experience in digital learning design.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing digital learning modules and micro-learning content
• Building and updating materials using eLearning authoring tools
• Applying learning design principles to create clear, accessible content
• Collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts
• Reviewing and improving existing learning resources

About you

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar)
• Understanding of SCORM and learning management systems
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to content
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Interest in inclusive and accessible digital learning
