Salutem Care & Education is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Highlands, a 14-bed residential home in Tyne & Wear. You will assist the Registered Manager to ensure resident needs are met, lead staff, and maintain high care standards while complying with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate should have or be working towards NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (level 3/5). Knowledge of CQC, MCA, and DoLS is desirable, with a focus on safe, person-centred, empowering care.
