Marketing Coordinator
£16.00ph to £18.00ph (depending on experience)
Part Time (28 to 30 hours per week)
Temporary 6 Month Assignment (potential to lead to permanent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Devizes. Working alongside the Marketing & New Business Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly, from managing event logistics to coordinating artwork and promotional materials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating trade shows and exhibitions
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and event logistics
- Processing purchase orders and managing invoice approvals
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and exhibition organisers
- Completing exhibition documentation, including risk assessments
- Coordinating uniform ordering and distribution
- Supporting freight forwarding and shipment activities
- Managing marketing merchandise and stock levels
- Assisting with the creation of promotional materials and artwork
- Maintaining departmental records and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Previous marketing, events management, or project support experience
- Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
- High attention to detail
Hours of work are approximately 28 to 30 hours per week (working pattern negotiable for the right candidate), and there is free on-site parking for staff.
The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team where you will receive excellent support, with the potential for this temporary assignment to lead to a permanent role.
