Weekend Patient Care Navigator (Part-Time, Hybrid)

IC24, based in Ipswich, is seeking an Operational Navigator for a part-time weekend role (up to 18 hours per week) within our Operations team. You will coordinate clinical resources and patient pathways, ensuring timely support and accurate information handling.

You will provide professional telephone support to colleagues and patients, manage queues, dispatch calls to clinicians, and assist service managers with KPIs while maintaining GDPR and safeguarding standards.
