Income Recovery & Tenancy Support Officer

Ashfield District Council is seeking an Income Officer to join the Housing Management Team in Mansfield Woodhouse. You will help sustain tenancies, support rent collection, contact tenants, and negotiate repayment arrangements, ensuring timely recovery of arrears.

You will also handle Universal Credit administration, manage enquiries, and keep accurate records to deliver an excellent income recovery service. Strong communication and IT skills are essential in a busy team.
