Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a permanent, full-time Spare Parts and CRM Administrator to join our operations team. You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, and walk-in channels, and you will manage spare parts forecasting, procurement, and inventory levels.
You will liaise with factory and internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment, oversee stocktaking and invoicing, and maintain the CRM during new product launches
