Volvo Group is offering an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) role in Dunstable. This 12-month apprenticeship includes online learning and in-centre assessments, followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment (EPA).

You will handle front-of-house customer service tasks, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and prepare for the EPA while working on computer systems, including Microsoft Teams and Office, in a fast-paced dealership environment.
