Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Inspire & Support Classrooms

Academics is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Birmingham-based partner schools. This role offers flexible scheduling with day-to-day supply, short-term bookings and long-term placements across the Birmingham area.

You will support pupils’ educational development, assist the class teacher, and provide tailored help for SEND learners. The position requires an Enhanced DBS on the update service, a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent), and a commitment to ongoing training.
