Temp Retail Department Manager | Lead, Inspire & Grow

H&M Group Bristol is seeking a Department Manager for a temporary full-time role (39 hours) at Cribbs Causeway. You will lead a store team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and drive commercial performance. Flexibility to work 7 days including weekends is required.

You will analyse sales, optimise stock, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with other store roles to deliver strong results in a dynamic retail environment.
