Acute Mental Health OT — Lead & Develop Clinical Team

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide intensive short-term treatment and comprehensive OT care on Sapphire Ward in Aylesbury. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions for service users with complex needs.

The role involves supervising junior team members, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues, and occasional cross-cover on the female acute ward. Independent travel between Trust sites is required.
