Job Description:
Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Nursing Lead to guide a community nursing team in Cheltenham. The role focuses on both clinical leadership and service development within the integrated community team, in collaboration with physiotherapy and occupational therapy colleagues.
The post is a 12-month fixed term contract. The team works across multiple sites and in patients’ homes, prioritising high-quality care, staff engagement and continuous improvement.
