An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice, 6-8 sessions per week (negotiable). We are willing to be flexible with start date and working schedule for the right candidate.
- We are a GMS Practice with a list size of approximately 9,500
- We have a Triage System in place and use Engage Consult
- Our clinical team consists of 3 Partners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner, Practice Pharmacist and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- We have an excellent Nursing Team involved in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management
- There are strong links with our Community Nursing Team, First Contact Physiotherapists, Acute Clinical Practitioner and Community Mental Health Teams.
- Our team’s special interests include Minor Surgery, Contraceptive Implants and IUCD procedures
- We participate in Medical Student training
- Paperlight using Vision and Docman
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy working independently but also as part of a team. The applicant should also have good communication and IT skills together with the ability to prioritise. Prescribing qualification is essential. Minor ailments and/or general practice experience is preferred.

We are also open to new ideas to improve ways of working within the practice and encourage all members of the team to bring forward any suggestions to help improve our high quality patient care.
