Job Description:
The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Paediatric Nurse to support nurse-led clinics for children with long-term health and neurodisability conditions under paediatric guidance.
You will provide clinical assessments, care planning support, and education for children, young people and families, within a multidisciplinary team and 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday. This fixed-term Band 6 role offers pro rata hours.
