You will inherit an established team and play a key role in developing the service further, supporting recruitment, staff development and the creation of a positive, child-centred culture where children can thrive. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times. You will be experienced in children’s residential care and safeguarding practices and have knowledgeable about the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and all relevant legislative frameworks. You will be passionate about making a lasting difference to children and young people with disabilities and be creative and solution-focused.
