Inizio Engage is seeking a Community IV Nurse to deliver specialist IV therapy and parenteral nutrition care in patients’ homes across Salfords and surrounding communities. You will build meaningful one-to-one relationships with patients while supporting their independence and comfort outside hospital.
The role offers autonomy within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, ongoing clinical training, and opportunities for professional development as part of our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team.
