Independent Prescribing ANP – Primary Care & Home Visits

Harwood Group Practice in Bolton is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly MDT. The role is part-time (30 hours per week), split between clinic and home visits, with independent prescribing and a focus on community medicine.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions, coordinate care with GPs and district nursing, and lead patient care from history through to discharge. Experience in chronic disease management is desirable.
