Lead Nurse (Days) – Senior Clinical Leader in Care Home

MHA’s Chapel Fields care home in Frodsham is seeking a Senior Nurse (Days) to join the leadership team. You will lead an allocated nursing team, oversee care planning and clinical governance, and act as a role model to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care aligned with MHA’s values.

You will hold a current NMC PIN, demonstrate ongoing professional development, and manage nursing care delivery while supporting the Home Manager and Deputy.
