NHS Lothian’s West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) seeks a dynamic, GPhC-registered pharmacist to join our Primary Care Medicines Service. The role is part-time with pro-rata pay and offers opportunities to develop leadership and teaching in GP practice settings.
You will work across General Practices and a medicines hub, delivering patient-centred pharmaceutical care, supporting safe interventions, and contributing to partnership priorities. We support learning and wellbeing.
